Bombay HC slams deepfake abuse of Suniel Shetty’s persona as ‘depraved misuse of technology’

The Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to actor Suniel Shetty, restraining multiple parties from exploiting his image, voice, and likeness through AI-generated content, impersonation, and false endorsements.
